Ajia directs the lending activities for Plan Companies investment partnerships and coordinates financing for redevelopment operations. She directly manages strategic partners, provides quality assurance, and maintains relationships with Plan Companies’ outsourced developers. Her other responsibilities include management of investor relations and recruitment and development of new market strategies and partnerships. During her tenure as director of redevelopment, the company has completed numerous transactions in a diverse group of carefully researched markets. Prior to joining Plan Companies, Ajia completed her M.S.W. from New York University, and also holds a B.A. in Communication from The University of Maryland at College Park.
